Lead Three’s Teacher

Rising Star Childcare Academy is seeking a candidate who will provide a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children have the opportunity to develop cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills.

To ensure success as a Lead Three's Teacher, you should be compassionate and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing curricula that cater to the basic and educational needs of two year old children.

• Adhering to appropriate legal and educational guidelines to maintain a two year child's well-being.

• Conducting child assessments to gauge students' progress.

• Documenting and reporting on students' process.

• Establishing relationships with each family to ensure that their three year old needs are met.

• Leading parent meetings.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.

• CDA or Valid state license or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience planning and developing curricula for toddlers.

• Prior experience teaching toddlers.

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 pounds.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
